Mill Vill Fest Vendor Application

General Release

By submitting this application, I, and the business I represent in this application (Business), hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless Henry River Mill Village, LLC and the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the event its agents, representatives or employees. I, and the Business, understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Henry River Mill Village, LLC and the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. from any liability or claim that may arise against Henry River Mill Village, LLC or the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services provided or occurring during event. I, and the Business, understand that Henry River Mill Village, LLC and the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability benefits or insurance. I, and the Business, expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of Henry River Mill Village, LLC or the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. beyond what may be offered freely by Henry River Mill Village, LLC and the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. in the event of injury or medical expenses incurred. I, and the Business, consent to enforce all of the event rules. I, and the Business, give permission for photos and descriptions of my or the Business’ work accepted for this event to be used for promotional purposes. 

Additional Rules for Mill Vill Fest 2019 

  • Food vendors must supply their own equipment. (Tables and seating for dining will be provided by the Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc.) 

  • Alcoholic beverage sales by vendors other than Henry River Preservation Fund, Inc. are prohibited for this event. 

  • Mill Vill Fest will be open to the public from 11am-5pm on May 4, 2019

  • Vendors may arrive as early as 8am on the morning of the event to setup. 

  • All approved vendors will receive a 10 ft by 10ft area to setup. Vendors are allowed to use tents, tables, chairs, and any other displays for merchandise in their designated area, but they all must be provided by Vendor. 

  • Henry River Mill Village is a tobacco free property, and use of tobacco products will only be permitted in designated areas. 

  • No open flames of any kind are permitted.

All Vendors must also provide the following: 

  • Company logo for Mill Vill Fest advertising (if available)

  • Proof of Liability & Property Damage Insurance Coverage (Food Vendors Only)

  • List of Items for Sale or Giveaway (Food Vendors must provide a menu of items for sale)

By submitting this application, I express understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability willingly and voluntarily.  If my application is accepted, I also agree to pay the Vendor Fee of $75, which will be emailed to the email in this application. I understand that until the Vendor Fee is paid in full, my application will be considered incomplete. Once my application and payment are complete, an email confirming your spot in this year’s Mill Vill Fest will be sent to the email in this application.
